Tito Puente's former musical director Jose Madera is available for arranging all styles of Latin music and percussion clinics. Jose is the foremost authority of the music of Tito Puente and Machito in the world. Jose was the staff arranger for the legendary Fania Records during their heyday of the 70's and 80's and has written hits for artists as diverse as Tito Puente, Machito, Willie Rosario, Ray Baretto, Ruben Blades, Celia Cruz and The Spanish Harlem Orchestra.
Johnny Rodriguez is available for percussion workshops. Johnny is a master percussionist and one of the greatest bongo/bell players alive. Johnny is one of the few musicians alive that has played with the legendary Big 3 : Tito Puente, Tito Rodriguez and Machito. He also was co-founder/leader of the legendary Tipica 73.
Frankie Vazquez is available for vocal clinics in all styles of Latin music. Frankie is one of the formost soneros (salsa vocalist with the exceptional capability to improvise lyrics) in the world today. He is known as "El Sonero del Barrio" and has sung with La Sonora Matancera, Hector LaVoe, Cojunto Libre, Spanish Harlem Orchestra, The Bronx Horns and the Latin Giants of Jazz. He also is available to give seminars in the art of playing minor percussion (claves, guiro and maracas) while singing (which is a lost art these days).
Oscar Hernandez the Grammy Award winning pianist, arranger and bandleader of The Spanish Harlem Orchestra, is available for all types of clinics to teach/perform all styes of latin piano and arranging. Oscar has been musical director for Ruben Blades (Seis del Solar), Ray Barretto, Paul Simon, and countless others over the last 35 years. He is an original member of The Bronx Horns, and currently tours the world with his Grammy Award winning "Spanish Harlem Orchestra
